This dealership thinks so little about its customers that it didn't even bother to respond to a polite and detailed email that I wrote to the GM as a follow-up to my unfavorable review. I guess they figure I'm never going to do business with them so why bother to be nice to me now? This dealership existed for a long time without any competition closer than San Antonio. As a result it had a stranglehold over customers who wanted to buy Hondas. This no longer the case; a much nice Honda dealership is less than 30 minutes down the road. Don't waste your money here!
