Yes I read the reviews and I agree that Jimmy the service advisor was very professional. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the windshield spray that was not working very well. I ask Jimmy advisor was very professional. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check the windshield spray that was not working very well. I ask Jimmy about the wait time and he said about 1 1/2 hrs and I said ok I can wait at least 2hrs. My appointment was at 8:30am and I did not get my car back until 11:30am. I only spoke to Jimmy when I first brought my car in, after that spoke to a staff about the windshield spout both were clog and the cost. I decide not to have it fix. After the 2 1/2 hrs I started to ask for status on my car if it was ready. The staff went to check on it at first could not find it and then found it park in the back. Not only that I felt bad for a 86yr old customer who was also waiting on her car. Her appointment was at 7:30am and we left around the same time. And her service was for a tire pressure light on and that is because she brought in 3 days before for the same problem. I feel their process is broken especially for an oil change and tire pressure light. The staff was nice and courtesies and that is why I gave them a 4 star rating. Especially the man that brought out my car he apologized for the long wait. More
The Service Advisor was wonderful. However, when I went to check out the bill was too high. I told the cashier I was emailed a coupon for $29.99. Thank heavens I found the coupon on my phone so she honored the coupon price. I feel your dealership should know about coupons sent to patrons. More
