They were very pleasant to deal with. Very fast but did not like that they add appearance dent and tint on to the bill with not wanting that. Very happy with the service and the staff are always so helpful and friendly. I love my CRV and plan on taking care of it so that’s why I’ll alway bring it back to Honda South service department. RUN AWAY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Robert the service Manger wasn't helpful at all. I brought my 2023 civic type r after I got a flat tire. Was told that a Honda dealership as big a Robert the service Manger wasn't helpful at all. I brought my 2023 civic type r after I got a flat tire. Was told that a Honda dealership as big as auto nation doesn't have the tools to change a stock tire. Which took them 2 day to realize they couldn't do it. Why would they even schedule an appointment for a tire change if you can do it. They called me back and found another shop that could replace the tire and fix the rim after 4 days they didn't fully repair it. When I asked them to fix the damage they refused and told me to "never come back". Needless to say I wasn't going to come back anyway. More
Customer service is sub par, receptionist keeps you on hold for 15 plus minutes without checking up on you, I just hang up. I go there in person, she’s on the phone with her family member for several minutes instead, with me standing right in front of her not even being acknowledged. When you drop your car off, good luck getting anyone to come to the building’s door to even greet you, even though 4 of them are 2 feet away sitting in their chairs pretending not to see you through the wall made entirely of glass. Once you can actually get your car in the bay, the mechanic side of service was okay. Yet with an appointment, it took over 6 hours to diagnose my engine code and flush my fuel injector, not sure why it took so long but at least it’s fixed (I guess). More
