I've dealt with this dealership for more than 15 years. I purchased my 2001 Civic from them, and it has only been serviced there. Bob Garcia is the fourth advisor that I've worked with in that time, and he' purchased my 2001 Civic from them, and it has only been serviced there. Bob Garcia is the fourth advisor that I've worked with in that time, and he's followed in the tradition of excellence - the advisors are knowledgeable, friendly, and they follow through. This dealership is certainly NOT the cheapest provider of service, but still provide good value for money. More

I will NEVER do business with this Honda dealership again. I brought my 2010 Accord in to comply with two service bulletins (software updates) and to have the tires rotated. The day after, I checked again. I brought my 2010 Accord in to comply with two service bulletins (software updates) and to have the tires rotated. The day after, I checked my oil (as I do twice a month) and found it to be OVERFILLED by 1.5 quarts. Upon further inspection, I found that the filter was covered in oil and had bite marks from a different type of filter wrench than I use. The crankcase drainplug was torqued so tight that I needed a cheater bar to get it off. All of this from a supposed software update and tire rotation. After speaking with the service advisor, I was eventually told that the mechanic started to perform an oil change, and then stopped when he realized that I hadn't ordered one. Courtesy Honda had two honorable courses of action they could have taken: 1) Finish the oil change, explain the error to me, and tell me that the oil change was on the house. Any reputable service department would have done this. 2) Stop the oil change, call me, explain the situation, and ask what I would like done. They did neither, overfilled the oil reservoir, and over-torqued the crankcase drainplug. Courtesy Honda did, however, provide me with a brand new filter and reimbursed me for the cost of the oil needed to change my own oil. That was appreciated. **A Courtesy Honda customer service rep called me on 10/31 to discuss this issue. He assured me that they are making improvements to prevent an incident like this from occurring again. More

My new Honda Fit, only two months old was pulling to the right; Courtesy mechanic says nothing wrong, but I drove it w/advisor, who then agreed w/me. They diagnosed an alignment problem, & I had to reschedu right; Courtesy mechanic says nothing wrong, but I drove it w/advisor, who then agreed w/me. They diagnosed an alignment problem, & I had to reschedule since they had to order a part. I showed up for second app't, and they had ordered the wrong part, so I scheduled a third app't. I came to third app't, they replaced beam, & mechanic says problem was solved. I drove out of dealership, and my car was still pulling to the right, problem NOT solved. Thank goodness my car is new & still under warranty, so I only lost time, not money. Also, they advertised wi-fi in waiting room, but it was not working all three times for total of 7-8 hours, that I spent there. Total dog and pony show with lots of smiles, but there were alot of employees sitting around doing nothing while a few were working hard. At end of my visits, the advisor of the day asked me to fill out a survey rating some OTHER advisor who wasn't even helping me the day I filled out the survey. They say, "No pressure" when they ask you to fill out the survey, but then they stand two feet away while you fill it out. Felt like pressue to me and certainly was not anonymous! I took my car to another Honda service center who said it certainly wasn't the rear beam that caused the problem, but rather a funky tire. Mechanic drove the car and couldn't believe the Courtesy mechanic thought the problem was fixed. They replaced the tire at no cost to me, and I drove off into the sunset, STRAIGHT off into the sunset. Thank you WINTER PARK Honda Service Center! More
