AutoNation Honda Sanford - Service Center

My car had an ongoing issue that lasted almost 2 years and AutoNation Honda Sanford helped me to finally resolve my issue over that stretch of time. I dealt with many people along the way to finally get and AutoNation Honda Sanford helped me to finally resolve my issue over that stretch of time. The one person I will give a special recognition to is the Service Advisor Bob Garcia. He went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and I couldn't have done it without his help and persistence to get the issue fixed. He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and I would recommend working with Bob to anyone who services their car at this Dealership. Bob is a great example of what a Service Advisor and employee in the service department should be. He is professional, courteous, and has great customer service skills. I have been going to the Honda dealer as long as I've have had my CRV. The only ones I would trust with my vehicle. I know if I had any problems taking it back for any reason there would not be a problem have had my CRV. The only ones I would trust with my vehicle. Only owned the 2008 Honda Civis for 6 months. Bought it from a private owner. The car overheadted and all the fluid was gone from the radiator. Called Honda and talked to Travis. He told us to have the from a private owner. The car overheadted and all the fluid was gone from the radiator. Called Honda and talked to Travis. He told us to have the car towed in, that it may be covered under an extended warranty. Sure enought it was a cracked block and it was fully covered under an extended warranty by Honda. The car was ready in 24 hours. Travis kept us informed right from the beginning and was GREAT to work with. I would hightly recemmend this dealership and especially Travis. More

The service department in general seems to run efficiently and always delivers my serviced car in a timely manner.
