AutoNation Honda Sanford - Service Center

Went to AutoNation Sanford FL for an oil change and check up. I had met Joseph E, a service representative there the last time I went there. So I stopped by in advance of an appointment so I could spend a co up. I had met Joseph E, a service representative there the last time I went there. So I stopped by in advance of an appointment so I could spend a couple of extra minutes asking him a few questions. He took all the time needed to explain some things that I had questions about. So I felt very confident that, at my time of service, all my concerns would be addressed. He did not disappoint. They did find something in their thorough multi point inspection and fixed it. Additionally, he said I needed rear brake pads. I had forgotten that I needed that and was glad because I am getting ready to travel to a hilly place, which he remembered, so recommended doing it know, before I travel. The price was reasonable so I did it. He only did what was necessary and did not try to oversell me what I did not need. Dealerships can be pricey sometimes, but with service like Joseph E provided, you know he is looking out for you and not trying to sell your an unnecessary repair, and actually cares about your safety and keeping your vehicle in good order. The service department is very courteous, professional and prompt. My service person is Lonnie and he is knowledgeable and is able to explain things so that I can understand.
