I went to remove the wheel and I noticed that the 5 lug nuts were hand tight....I didn't need a tool to remove them! After I repaired the flat, I decided to place the wheel on the rear passenger's side. I noticed that those lug nuts were only had tight, too. After I finished, I decided to check the 10 lug nuts on the driver's side. All of them were hand tight. The bottom line is that AutoNation Honda never torqued the bolts down! As you can imagine, this isn't very safe. This confirms that after 3 other service episodes, we will NEVER patronize this dealership again. They are either incompetent or dishonest or a little of both thus making a terrible combination!! More
Agent never returned calls or emails. Promised part will arrive in 3-5 days, but it's been 3 weeks. Showed up for my first appointment and their computer systems were down. No one bothered to give me a make arrive in 3-5 days, but it's been 3 weeks. Showed up for my first appointment and their computer systems were down. No one bothered to give me a make up appt. Had to go back to the open system and get appt weeks later. Then they only looked at 1 of the 2 issues. The agent made it sound like my fault. Had told him clearly I need to pick my child from school, but he delayed getting the car done and getting me the ride. Never returned any calls or emails, leave alone calling me proactively. Also when I was buying the car, their prices were consistently 3k above the competition. Never stepping in again at this place, and advising all friends similarly. More

We scheduled a 30 minute appointment for an oil change. We arrived 15 minutes early and parked in Lane 1, 2nd car in line. There were two other cars in the service lanes. One person approached us to check us in and asked if we would be waiting or dropping off. I replied "waiting please". I was then told my service advisor was Mckenna and she'd be right with me. After 5 minutes of waiting, someone who seemed like a manager and was agitated because of the lack of response from Mckenna told me that she would be there in a moment and he went off to find her. After 5 more minutes of standing in the service lane this manager came to me and got me started with whatever info he needed. 54 minutes later I was contacted by Mckenna who told me the car was inspected and could use air filters and a new set of tires. I asked for my options about the tires and Mckenna had no information she could share but she'd get back to me. 10 minutes later Mckenna got back to me with three options but when I asked for the warranty mileage with each of the options she, again, had to go get more information. Another 10 minutes had passed and I received the info from her and provided my choice of tires and off she went and I let HER know that their website was offering buy 3 tires and get one for $1. Mckenna told me she would look it up and apply it at checkout. Once I had been there for TWO AND A HALF HOURS, I started checking in with Mckenna again. She first told me she couldn't find the car or the tech working on it so she thought he was out test driving my car. I checked in again after 40 minutes had passed and Mckenna told me she needed 5 minutes to finish up the paperwork and we would be good to go. AT THE THREE AND A HALF HOUR MARK, I went back out to the service lanes and asked where we were in the process. She quickly ran to the back and suddenly things were moving. It was quite obvious that I WAS AN AFTERTHOUGHT for Mckenna and to say there was any customer service provided would be a lie. The work seems to be solid and I appreciate the work performed but I have to question what was going on that day which would make one hour of work take three and a half hours AND why no one could provide me an update as to what was going on.
