I've been going to this dealership for many years. Not only have I always had good service for my car but I love the way they take care of their customers. When my office was close by, they offered free shuttle service so I never had to take time out of work. This last time I decided to wait for my service and it was done in no time. When I left there, my vehicle was better than ever. Not only did it run better but they also washed and vacuumed it! I definitely recommend this dealership. More

I'm still going to recommend this dealership because until my last visit I have always had good service. However, on my last visit I spent over $5500 to get my Honda 2006 Pilot serviced. The repairs were great and the cost acceptable because I knew it needed a lot of work. However, I had turned in a coupon for 15% off my repair bill up to a maximum of a $150 discount. I found no evidence on my invoice that the discount had been applied. Two weeks later, after a visit to the dealership and two follow-up phone calls, I still haven't received my discount. I was told on my last call that the dealership was trying to figure out how to refund it to me. Last Thursday I was told that I would receive a call by this past Monday morning with how I would receive my refund. Two days later and no call. Once again I will have to call to see what's going on. I have purposely left out the name of the service advisor because I do not know if this is all his fault, or if the dealership is blowing me off. VERY dissatisfied with what is usually a reputable business. More

Will never return. Was emailed the receipt before picking up my car to tell me the total of the service. Arrive and suddenly the price has changed. I had to argue with the advisor, Ed, to explain it didn’t match the email. He basically didn’t care and said they entered the wrong service on what they emailed me and it was the new, higher total. I said no and he stared and made a smile well okay then. Adjusted the bill finally, but was very condescending about it in his behavior following and making sarcastic comments. Have gone to the dealership for service for MANY years, but I think it’s time for a new location. Left a horrible taste in my mouth and would love to speak with a manager. More
I took my car into the dealership for an upgrade. I was told it might take 1 1/2 hours to complete the job, so I decided to wait around. The seating area was clean and comfortable. There were snacks and bottled water provided, which I thought was nice. Everyone was very courteous, and the work was completed earlier than anticipated. The process couldn’t have been easier! More
