Just came in for a warranty inspection and to have a sunroof control switch replaced. Ed did a fantastic job as always to take care of me and my Civic. The shuttle took longer than expected to pick me sunroof control switch replaced. Ed did a fantastic job as always to take care of me and my Civic. The shuttle took longer than expected to pick me up and take me back to work (40+ minute wait), but I understand people are busy and they probably have a lot of customers needing shuttles and this is the first time I've had to wait for a shuttle when dropping my car off for service. Ed even went above and beyond by talking to me when I came to pick up the vehicle and answering my questions about what to expect when the warranty expires. I was nervous about my warranty expiring but Ed did a great job to put my mind at ease and let me know what to expect moving forward. Fantastic experience as always. More

Beautiful dealership, had tons of very nice seating areas with movies and with water for all the guests. I made appointment for an airbag recall fix when I arrived there were 3 reps and none of them will come to ask me what i need done for the day.. finally one appoach me no hello how are you no good mor arrived there were 3 reps and none of them will come to ask me what i need done for the day.. finally one appoach me no hello how are you no good morning... what you need today... i told him i was there for an air bag recall when he see saw i was not going to do anything else he was more short with his words.. I asked when would it be ready. he rudely comment that airbags takes a long time ..i told him i was going to wait... about 3 hours went by.. i called from the lobby of the dealership to check on the status the same advsor that took my car answer rudely he told and i quote i told it will a few hours thats not an easy job to do .. i went ok i was just checking and i asked him are they at least working on it already bother by my questions he told Yes i think so.. i immedtially was annoy that he was talking to me like i was getting in his way... i told him at the end that i had the right to ask about my car status when its getting service even if its for free. and hang up...i dont think that was a great experiance at all... but i could say the girl driving the shuttle is a gem she is so polite nicest girl ever More

I was quoted $1130. 00 to replace starter motor on my 2014 Honda Accord...which would be $1209.00 with sales tax included.
