I had 12:00 appointment for an oil change. I was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 3-3:30!!! I spoke to manager who told me they are short handed. And had over 70 appointments. 3 1/2 hours i I was told my car wouldn’t be ready until 3-3:30!!! I spoke to manager who told me they are short handed. And had over 70 appointments. 3 1/2 hours is ridiculous for a scheduled oil change. So I left. The manager didn’t even try to keep me. More

Customer service has changed a lot since the global pandemic. Unfortunately it's been mostly negative in my experience but thankfully not at Auto Nation Honda in Sanford.
