AutoNation Honda Sanford - Service Center

I am glad to see I have the same service advisor and many of the other ones are still working in the service area as well as knowing the same mechanic works on my Element nearly every time. This dealership of the other ones are still working in the service area as well as knowing the same mechanic works on my Element nearly every time. This dealership has been able to repair mistakes and misdiagnosed problems from my prior mechanics and tire shops which I have abandoned because I hate having to fight to get my money back when the job is done wrong. I had one part fail that they put in my car, they replaced it for me no cost and very quickly to resolve that issue. Over the past several years I have become a customer of AutoNation Sanford's Service department and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. More

Not the best service experience sad to say. Told my service guy we needed the car back for vacation the next morning. Came in for an oil change and wiper change. Was sent a text halfway through Told my service guy we needed the car back for vacation the next morning. Came in for an oil change and wiper change. Was sent a text halfway through the day I needed an alignment. I responded to the text but hours went by with no response. Finally got a response that he was tied up in meetings. They started the alignment and at 6:15 knowing the dealerships service dept closed at 7 and still no call, we headed to the dealership. There was only one person left to handle all customers in the service department. We had to wait a long time. Finally we were able to ask about our car, they said they were pulling it off the rack and would bring it around. It was after 7 pm by now. It hadn’t been vacuumed or washed but the receipt said it had. I just know that if we didn’t go to the dealership we would not have had our car back for our trip. No communication whatsoever. It was not the service I have had in the past and I was very disappointed. Especially as we have purchased several cars from this dealership. More

I went in to have my remote key fob battery’s replaced and Bob the parts representative replaced both of my key fob batteries really quickly. AND.. He did it at No Charge.
