I brought my "new" used CR-V in for brakes. Service did a great job, however some communication as to approximtely how long or an offer of a courtesy car would have been very helpful. I had my 3 yr old grandson with me and we were there for almost 6 hours. Needless to say he was very hungry, so again a courtesy car would have been appreciated and would have made the visit a 5 Star. The video game in the waiting room is broken. If it can be fixed, it should just be removed or replaced. It leaves a bad impression. Thanks for having chilled water available. More
