I definitely would not get my car serviced here. Especially, if they recommend brakes. 1000% scam. I worked for Honda dealers over the last 35 years doing clerical work that also included warranty. Especially, if they recommend brakes. 1000% scam. I worked for Honda dealers over the last 35 years doing clerical work that also included warranty. Extremely familiar with how the various departments work. My husband and I have the exact same Accord. Same year. His with more mileage. (75k) he took it in for an oil change. They told him he needed all 4 rotors and brake pads. Rotors had never been turned. Fast forward 2 months later I take mine in for oil change. The oil was changed 2 weeks prior to our move to Florida. I personally drove my vehicle down following my husband in the Uhaul that was towing his car. When I took my car in it had 45k miles. They told me I needed all 4 rotors and brake pads too. With only 45k miles on it. I never drove it. I allowed it after asking how it was mine needed all new rotors and brake pads with such little mileage. What I found interesting is that our cars were only ever touched by Honda Dealerships in Virginia. 2 of which I worked for. My brakes literally were fine on the inspection report prior to driving the car down here. I asked about turning the rotors and was told there wasn't enough metal to do so. Hmm with 45k miles ok. We kept telling them they did the same with my husbands car just 2 months prior. Seems odd to me. They said no we don't show his car ever was serviced here. At checkout I look over their CDK invoice. (Last position I held was working for CDK as a software trainer at dealerships, retired now) The vin number on the invoice was my husbands vehicle with exactly the same services. When I questioned how they could say his car was never serviced there much less brake pads and rotors applied the advisor gave all kind of excuses. As I was looking at the invoice for supposedly my vehicle which was his vehicle with his vin number not mine. Claimed he still couldn't see brakes done for my husbands car. He would add my car to the system after we left as he needed to talk to his manager. Scam a million miles away! Get a second opinion asap before authorizing any repairs. I have the original paperwork for both vehicles. Plus the paperwork for prior service in Virginia. PS Definitely DO NOT TRUST this dealership. Ms. Priscilla left a glowing review on Google 2 hours ago for the service department. She has no other reviews. Interestedly the dealership responded to her 2 months ago. So how is it possible to respond to a review 2 months ago that was just left tonight. 3 hours ago someone left a 5 star review with just a one line statement. I left my negative review 4 hours ago. Dealership definitely manipulates its Google reviews. More
Been dealing with them since I bought my 2011 Honda Odyssey. (14 years) There has been a steady decline in service since Auto Nation took it over. They don't answer The phone (Though the recorded voice says my call is very important to them. HA!). They don't have many parts on hand and I was told my parts would be in in a few weeks. It's been a month and no call from them. When I try to contact service or my service advisor, I just get "leave a voicemail". I don't blame the folks working there because I know any Auto Nation Dealership is stripped down to a minimal number of employees to save every dime they can for their profits. I was planning on buying a new Odyssey in 2025 but now I am looking elsewhere. Likely the KIA Carnival. More

This dealersh Kept me up to date with work being done on my car. Also, technician took pictures and documented work, Thank you both for you had work. This dealership was recently burdened with a terrible “hack for ransom” which created havoc for the company, employees and clients!!!! They have worked very hard to maintain service to ALL! It is very hard for our American companies to compete with these hackers and creators of chaos….Billions of $ lost due to these foreign bad actors. I have always been treated well and will continue to use them! AR Longwood Florida More
I have been dealing with this Honda dealership for over 22 years. Up until recently I have been very happy with customer service and the service department. My advisor has been Travis and he has been beyon 22 years. Up until recently I have been very happy with customer service and the service department. My advisor has been Travis and he has been beyond excellent, always truly concerned with the customers satisfaction. Unfortunately over the last year it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to answer a phone whether I'm calling the operator or the service department. Travis has provided me with his personal cell phone number. Does Honda not care about this situation which is why I gave a not very good overall rating of this dealership. A service advisor should not have to provide his personal cell to customers in order to reach them. Travis and the work performed are ranked very very high but Honda needs to improve the phone situation for customers. More
My advisor was very inconsiderate. No empathy. No understanding. Ultimately, I was charged for an oil change that should have been free. No empathy. No understanding. Ultimately, I was charged for an oil change that should have been free. More
Travis is great! Very friendly and takes care of you fast and I do not feel like he is trying to sell me on some work I don't need. Very friendly and takes care of you fast and I do not feel like he is trying to sell me on some work I don't need. More
