I had a problem with my Honda's check engine light.I spent $1900.00 on repars and the light still came on.I took it back four times to be fixed and dealt with the service manager Scott.This man has no p spent $1900.00 on repars and the light still came on.I took it back four times to be fixed and dealt with the service manager Scott.This man has no people skills and is very rude if you ask me.Anyway Scott just made up excusses of why it wasn't repaired properly.I was so frustrated I took so much of my time of going back and forth to Courtesy Honda.Ironicly my friend refered me to a technician named Scott who has been working on his families Honda's for years.After talking with him on the phone I droped off my Honda and on the very first visit Scott the technicin fixed my Honda with a cost of $300.00 and he also pointed out other items Courtesty Honda missed.I am glad I took my friend's advice and now my Honda is running perfect. I negotiated with Nathan by internet, over the phone and at the dealership. Nathan understood I wanted a new Accord Coupe with .9% financing. Several times Nathan insisted on showing me a slightly used 20 at the dealership. Nathan understood I wanted a new Accord Coupe with .9% financing. Several times Nathan insisted on showing me a slightly used 2009 fully loaded coupe. I looked and liked. We agreed upon the out the door price with 2.9% financing. The financing was a major factor in my decision because I could have bought a new one for about the same price with .9% financing. Due to personal family matters I asked Nathan to send me the sales invoice so there were no surprises. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get the car. Upon arrival, I was provided the financing paperwork which I completed. After Nathan took the completed application he said "by the way, the interest rate will by 4.9% because we reduced the price by removing the "honda certification" during negotiations. This was news to me. It was never revealed during the negotiations. Of course, they wanted to talk about it. My response was that you have 5 minutes to confirm the deal we all made. I walked out after 10 minutes and did not buy the car. Never, never will I ever be near another Courtesy dealer! More

Though I did not buy my new car from this dealership, I wanted to say that they were exceptionally helpful, full of knowledge on the vehicle, and overall terrific. I was greeted immediately, went for a test drive (my 3rd of this car, which I was already sold on and was at the dealer to buy if the price was right), and Brooke told me things about the car that I had not heard at any other Honda dealership. The dealership was quick to appraise my car and give me the out the door price that I asked for on the new car. Though I did not buy the car (I thought the price was a little more than it should be and wanted to compare prices at another dealership- where I purchased the car as they got closer to my offer) I would recommend this team to anyone. If this dealership were not almost an hour away, I would have gone back to see if they would meet the offer I got elsewhere, as they were so nice and I would have liked to have given them my business. ( In the end though, I am happy to have the $700 difference in my pocket.) More

Scott is the service manager for courtesy honda. I have a problem with my windows getting scratched when they go up and down. I was required to work with Scott to resolve the problem because my windows ar a problem with my windows getting scratched when they go up and down. I was required to work with Scott to resolve the problem because my windows are tinted and honda does not warranty tint. Scott repeatedly rejected my request to have the doors looked at, and he lied about returning my phone calls. I since took my car to Holler Honda, and on the first visit within 5 minutes their service manager had the door panels removed and resolved my problem. I will never go back to courtesy. I bought my two cars there, and had all my service done there for 3 years. Scott's behavior is inexcusable and very unprofessional. More
