The 2009 Honda Odyssey I purchsed did not have a key to unlock the wheels. In despiration I went to the dealership and contacted Adyrunne who sold me the vehicle, he had been promoted to a salaried positio unlock the wheels. I have been shopping for a car to save gas and narrowed it down to the Camry or the Accord, I was trading a 2011 Chevy Silverado in which I had some positive cash, as I drove many Accords I narrowed it dow it down to the Camry or the Accord, I was trading a 2011 Chevy Silverado in which I had some positive cash, as I drove many Accords I narrowed it down to the EX-L 4 cyl all stickered at 28105, (before dealer add on sticker) mgr Bobby put together deal for me telling me he was giving me 31500 for the Chevy ok I owed 26300 should be $5200 positive but his paperwork showed positive $2996.oo and I would be financing $24556 so when I questioned the saleman that I didnt see the math adding up he got the manager Bobby and he was just feeding me a line of crap, he was very over bearing loud acted like he was doing me a big favor he acted very condsending I had already been to other dealships and had deals but wanted to check around more, kept info to myself to see if he was going to come clean about the miss leading numbers! I stopped the next day talked with salesman asked not to speak to manager Bobby but rather someone else, anyway Bobby came out and said I heard you wanted to speak to my boss I said yes, he replied why I said the numbers didnt add up he said I was calling him a lier! After a bit more talking he tryed to b.s me into seeing the math his way, I walked out! Stay away from that place! More

I had a problem with my Honda's check engine light.I spent $1900.00 on repars and the light still came on.I took it back four times to be fixed and dealt with the service manager Scott.This man has no p spent $1900.00 on repars and the light still came on.I took it back four times to be fixed and dealt with the service manager Scott.This man has no people skills and is very rude if you ask me.Anyway Scott just made up excusses of why it wasn't repaired properly.I was so frustrated I took so much of my time of going back and forth to Courtesy Honda.Ironicly my friend refered me to a technician named Scott who has been working on his families Honda's for years.After talking with him on the phone I droped off my Honda and on the very first visit Scott the technicin fixed my Honda with a cost of $300.00 and he also pointed out other items Courtesty Honda missed.I am glad I took my friend's advice and now my Honda is running perfect. More

I negotiated with Nathan by internet, over the phone and at the dealership. Nathan understood I wanted a new Accord Coupe with .9% financing. Several times Nathan insisted on showing me a slightly used 20 at the dealership. Nathan understood I wanted a new Accord Coupe with .9% financing. Several times Nathan insisted on showing me a slightly used 2009 fully loaded coupe. I looked and liked. We agreed upon the out the door price with 2.9% financing. The financing was a major factor in my decision because I could have bought a new one for about the same price with .9% financing. Due to personal family matters I asked Nathan to send me the sales invoice so there were no surprises. I had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get the car. Upon arrival, I was provided the financing paperwork which I completed. After Nathan took the completed application he said "by the way, the interest rate will by 4.9% because we reduced the price by removing the "honda certification" during negotiations. This was news to me. It was never revealed during the negotiations. Of course, they wanted to talk about it. My response was that you have 5 minutes to confirm the deal we all made. I walked out after 10 minutes and did not buy the car. Never, never will I ever be near another Courtesy dealer! More
