Today, my husband took my 2008 Honda Odyssey Touring to get two new tires and an oil change. My car had over 98,000 miles on it. Apparently, my husband spoke to Mr. Richard St. Louis and was shown the 2011 get two new tires and an oil change. My car had over 98,000 miles on it. Apparently, my husband spoke to Mr. Richard St. Louis and was shown the 2011 Honda Odyssey and he explained all the new features that have been made to the Odyssey. They also discussed how much the trade-in for my 2008 Odyssey would be. My husband of course knew that I did not want to acquire at this time any more debt since we were in the process of cutting expenses not acquiring more of them. My husband convinced me to just go and look at the new Odyssey. Mr. St. Louis allowed me to test drive the car and frankly I could not believe how great it felt to drive it!! The change in less noise in the interior by outside wind was gone, the seats were much more comfortable and there is nothing like a new car!! Mr. St Louis was extremely patient and I never felt hurried or pressured to do anything and I believe that this was the winning source since usually I have always felt that dealers want to make the deal and go on to the next person. I have had not so great dealer experiences in the past, but this was finally a good experience. Not only did my sales rep meet me at a price I was comfortable with, I also got the best 0.9% financing avai but this was finally a good experience. Not only did my sales rep meet me at a price I was comfortable with, I also got the best 0.9% financing available during a special promotion. At the time of purchase I also ordered an additional part to be installed at a later date. My sales rep gave me a call only 2 days later to tell me the part had arrived and I brought in my car over the weekend and it was installed with no problems. They also washed the car again when it was being taken care of. I was also pleased to know in general that I received my car in excellent condition - full synthetic oil instead of regular oil, freshly washed, and a detailed inspection to search for any scratches (which they found a couple and quickly fixed it). I went into the dealership a year ago and bought a new 2010 Honda accord at 17% interest. I went in for an oil change and ask them if they could lower my rate. Grant the salesman took plenty of time showing me how my new car works and made sure everything was okay prior to my leaving. The finance manager and person I worked with put together a great deal. Then the general manager saw me getting my new car and came by to see how everything was. The service department is always great and easy to work with. Talk about a oil change, this was way above expectations and now I have the car I wanted a year ago. More

Leon Mason was one the nicest sales people I have ever dealt with at a dealership for a vehicle purchase. He was kind, friendly, down to earth and very humble and appreciative in a real way. I have been trying to end my lease due to financial problems. I called and got someone who told me just pay it off and turn it in. If I had that kind of money I would not have been trying to end my lease. I called and emailed Mr. Ward about buying my 2009 CRV several times with no response. The last few times I have been there or talked with anybody I was treated pretty badly. I understand the problems with Capital One caused quite a bit of stress for everybody concerned, but that is no reason to be treated like I was carrying the plague. I had learned to expect better from Courtesy Honda and have been very disappointed with my treatment. I sent one email to Coggin Honda about buying my 2009 CRV and receive d a phone call within 20 minutes and they are buying my CRV. They were very happy to help and liked that it only has 22, 000 miles on it and is in very good shape. Apparently Courtesy Honda is not in the business of taking care of long time customers anymore as they have so many sales that they don't need repeat customers. I am very happy to have found Coggin Honda and hope to be doing business with them for a long time. PS: The deal went through with Coggin Honda in less than 15 minutes, they could not have been nicer or more helpful. My Honda's will now come from Coggin Honda in Orlando. Mindy McCormack More
