Today (09-03-2011)I finally felt comfortable enough to buy a new vehicle. Prior to today's purchase, the last time I purchased a new vehicle was over 10 years ago. Jody Bass has been working with me for over a month now trying to find me a used Pilot (2009) but we were not able to find one that had 4-wheel drive. He called me immediately when a 2011 arrived at the dealership. Not only was the vehicle a 4WD model, it was also the correct color I was looking for. Bottom line, Jody Bass went over and beyond my expectations of what to expect from a new cars salesman. Special thanks also needs to go to Sammy De La Rosa for walking me through the business end of purchasing the vehicle. For the first time in over 10 years, I did not feel pressured to buy the "add ons" for the vehicle.
