I would recommend working with Mike Poole to my friends. Mike worked to be fair and did so quickly, and was very accomodating with our sometimes mercurial schedule! Three weeks ago I came in to Courtesy Honda looking to purchase a new car. I brought my dad along as I was a first time purchaser. Sam and Mike were awesome to work with and very patient with us. Courtesy Honda has been servicing my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid for the last 7 years. For my birthday this year I decided I wanted to get a new car. While I researched a number of other vehicles just to see Hybrid for the last 7 years. For my birthday this year I decided I wanted to get a new car. While I researched a number of other vehicles just to see what was out there, I pretty much had decided I wanted another Honda. In my 7 years of owning my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid, I never experienced any problems with the vehicle. She never failed to start even once. So after researching all the vehicles Honda had to offer, I decided on a 2011 Honda Fit. I contacted Courtesy Honda via email and was quickly contacted by sales consultant Leon Mason. We exchanged a couple of emails regarding the quote for the 2011 Honda fit and my wanting to trade in my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid. I went into the dealership a couple of days later to have my Civic appraised for trade in. I received what I thought was a very reasonable offer for my trade in. Sales consultant Leon Mason and Finance Manager Sammy De La Rosa were great to work with. They walked me through the process and thoroughly explained everything. The whole process only took a couple of hours. Both of these gentlemen made the process easy and enjoyable. I love my new Honda Fit and I will definitely be bringing it into Courtesy Honda for servicing in the years to come. Thanks guys! More
What a wonderful experience working with Leon Mason and Jason Butera at Courtesy Honda of Sanford Florida. After being treated very rudely at Coggin Honda in DeLand, I worked out the details of my financing terms in an email and sent it across the State of Florida. Leon with Courtesy contacted me promptly and said they could work with my numbers. After a very short time negotiating the details of my terms, I was able to walk into the Dealership with my trades, and Leon took care of everything, meeting my terms and completely exceeding my expectations of the transaction. If every dealership worked with the level of professionalism and respect that Courtesy Honda of Sanford demonstrated, Car lots would have a MUCH better name. After working out the details on the condition of my trades, Jason Butera took care of arranging our financing. He was friendly, helpful, and honest. This allowed my wife and I to tailor our financing to fit our needs with absolutely no questionable behavior on the part of the Dealership. I am a financial manager myself, and never once thought that Jason was trying to play a money game with me. I also verified all of his information to find it was completely true. I can't say enough about these two folks at Courtesy. They definitely earned my business in the long term. More

As an international buyer, you know that you take the big risk of not getting what you pay for, getting ripped off and low class service. It came to my attention that the prices for parts in Aus for Honda parts are well above a rip off. I came accross CFL honda from a member on our forums. Within one day (given the time difference), I was greeted and contacted Dan, and my order was followed up by both Dan & Robert. Their level of service is of the highest degree that I've ever encountered, and I contantly buy items online. To top off the 5/5 service, the pricing of their items are beyond reasonable. I have referred CFL to many forum members down here, and many of which have ordered from CLF no doubt feel the same way. Have no fear or doubts when it comes to CFL, in terms of service and pricing, they are number 1 in my book! More

I contacted Richard St Louis through the internet, this is the first time I shopped on line. I was very pleased with the way he handled my inquiries, I didn't feel preasured to buy. I explained I was looking for an affordable and reliable car for my children. Once we agreed on a car, I invited my daughter and her husband to come to the dealer to test drive the car. Richard was very patient explaining all the features of the car and answering all their questions. The rest is history. Bottom line, both Richard and Sammy presented themselves professionaly, instilled trust and did not play games.
