Bob is the best service rep to work with. While I understand they need to make money, I always feel as if Bob does the best he can for us. Regarding the tire purchase - I did find the tires $28 ch understand they need to make money, I always feel as if Bob does the best he can for us. Regarding the tire purchase - I did find the tires $28 cheaper at Sams club. I'm not sure if they have the same road hazard and rotation offering. I also don't know if there are additional charges.
