AutoNation Honda Roseville - Service Center

I had to bring my Honda Pilot 21 in for 4 recall items! !!!! That is ridiculous! Plus, an oil change. The driver side mirror they used for the recall item is garbage. It is warped and is very inferior quali !!!! That is ridiculous! Plus, an oil change. The driver side mirror they used for the recall item is garbage. It is warped and is very inferior quality. Apparently this is a known problem but they put the mirror on anyway. We were told we should get our differential fluid changed for $250!!! Such a ridiculous rate. You would think since we had to bring our 2 year old vehicle in for 4 recalls they would have offered a discount on the service. Needless to say we passed on that. We were given two different rates for the oil change?? It seems the reps can just choose the price!! They had to keep the vehicle for a second day to finish everything which they did not stipulate when we dropped it off. More
