The used car sales staff have been terrific as well as their management. Service seems to be a little lost though. I never received a call back for parts ordered on my original visit and on my second re their management. Service seems to be a little lost though. I never received a call back for parts ordered on my original visit and on my second retrieving the vehicle was difficult because my original staff had left and the stand in was too stressed to even confirm that the work was done and where the vehicle was parked. No cashiers were available either. I enjoyed the purchase of my vehicle but I’m not quite certain about the continuing maintenance More

The guys in the service department were amazing. Despite my original service tech being out sick, I was quickly approached by another who checked me in quickly and professionally. I motioned toward my 10 year old daughter and told him we had a softball game in about 2.5 hours so if he could expedite my car I would appreciate it. He agreed and had me out within an hour!! This is why I keep coming back to AutoNation Honda. More
