For years I kept coming in and getting different service representatives, consequently felt lost. But when I connected with James Harding and he told me that I could count on him to be my service rep. thing representatives, consequently felt lost. I felt good knowing I would be working with someone who knew me and my car. The previous services with James were great. This week, I had my blinker stop working. I was able to call James and he scheduled my appointment right away. I was afraid that I might cause an accident or a cop might give me a ticket.
