Took my car in for oil change and A/C issues to a 9:20am appt. Service rep, Sam K, immediately dismissed what I was telling him about the a/c and said it worked fine. After waiting 1.5 hour for the oil ch appt. Service rep, Sam K, immediately dismissed what I was telling him about the a/c and said it worked fine. After waiting 1.5 hour for the oil change, I asked how much longer because I did have to get to work. He said maybe 30 more mins. After another hour, I had to go ask another rep for help again as I was going to be late for work at this point. The manager helped me right away. I had been there almost 2.5 hours for an oil change with an appt. To top it off, I had to ask 3 times for my service report to be emailed to me. When I received it, I badly needed front breaks. So, they had me there 2.5 hour for an oil change then let me drive off with bad breaks. They could have repaired them in that 2.5 hour time. I got better service at the small shop I used to go to. Thought Honda would be great service check up for my car. I will take my service and money elsewhere from now on! Terri me experience. More
