The purpose of my visit to Auto Nation was for a routine service on my 2018 Honda Odyssey Van. Samantha Rugne was the Service Advisor for this visit. Samantha did an excellent job of scheduling the work t service on my 2018 Honda Odyssey Van. Samantha Rugne was the Service Advisor for this visit. Samantha did an excellent job of scheduling the work to be performed on my Van. She explained all the work that needed to be performed on my Van and answered all of my questions regarding this service. She was very professional and friendly during all of our conversation. I will definitely request her as my Service Advisor for my next Auto Nation service. More
Had an 8 am appointment to have my suspension worked on, I don’t live in the area, so some family met me and we tried to kill time by shopping. I reached out two hours later to check the status and left a v I don’t live in the area, so some family met me and we tried to kill time by shopping. Two hours later I still hadn’t heard back from anyone so I called again and spoke with a receptionist who laid she couldn’t reach my adviser but she would be sending him a message and he’d get back to me in a few minutes. Another hour went by and I still hadn’t heard back so I called again and the same receptionist said she couldn’t reach him again so she was going to send him another message. It was now just after 1 pm so I decided to go to the dealer and see if I could check in person. I saw the advisor and he went to check with the techs on the status, when he came back he said the part was defective and they were going to have to order another part. It took them 6 hours to let me know, only after I went to look for them. He said they’d fill up my gas tank, which was not even halfway empty, for my time wasted and that he’d have to call me when they get the correct part. I was so upset. I left and really don’t want to go back there. More
