We were traveling on the 21st of July and had a flat tire. We went to the Roseville dealership without an appointment to get a new tire. Corey Garcia and another lady that we didn’t get her name, were tire. We went to the Roseville dealership without an appointment to get a new tire. Corey Garcia and another lady that we didn’t get her name, were very courteous and helpful even though we didn’t have an appointment. It was a very hot day and were asked to wait in the very spacious customer area where drinks & snacks were available while you waited. The dealership was also very clean. Although we couldn’t find the problem for the reason, my battery was dying they did everything they could and could not find the problem. Just praying it doesn’t continue but if it does, I won’t hesitate to bring it right back to them. I know I can call Darius at any time and he will be there for me and my car.! The wait time is a little long, but as busy as they are, I think they do very well. More
I had a disappointing experience with your service department. I came to AutoNation Honda for a weak battery on my Mazda CX-7. 6 years ago, I had my car serviced at AutoNation Mazda. They sold me a department. I came to AutoNation Honda for a weak battery on my Mazda CX-7. 6 years ago, I had my car serviced at AutoNation Mazda. They sold me a battery with a lifetime warranty. Since AutoNation Mazda no longer exists, I came to AutoNation Honda in Roseville 14 months ago to have the battery warranty honored. The AutoNation Honda dealer graciously honored the warranty and replaced the battery. The same battery failed on Monday (7/23/23). I came back to AutoNation Honda at around 3:20PM. The first representative of the service department tested the battery and it showed that it needed to be replaced. when the service writer came out, he told me that it was going to be a while. Then he said, "I am going to need the original receipt for this battery. Not the one for the battery that WE replaced last June." After I handed him the original paperwork, he took it and photocopied it. The same paperwork had been photocopied at this dealer, just over a year ago. I showed him that the terminal on the positive post of the battery seemed loose. I asked if that could be fixed. He answerred "Yeah, but I am going to have to charge you for that!" I said that was OK. He told me no one was available to do repair that. My battery was changed and I appreciate that, but there was no work order produced nor was I given any paperwork. I left and went to my regular mechanic shop, where they tried to change the terminal on the spot and would have if they had the correct terminal. They repaired it the very next day! More

I had a wonderful experience with my advisor, James. The Service Department was was very busy, but James took the time to answer all of my questions.
