Only reason for not giving 5 stars was service took twice as long as was estimated. Had appointment at 8:30 for oil change and battery replacement on my Civic. Took almost 4 hours while I waited. Although not his fault, he kept me advised on the delay as they were very busy that day. I totally understand and appreciated his concern and his relaying information to me. Very happy with Brock and the service I received, but it seemed like they may have overbooked appointments that day. More
