I took my car in for service because all the sudden my ac was not blowing in a brand new 2021 Honda CR-V. Sami was my tech. He was super caring and told me that he would get to the bottom of it. Told me he wasn’t gonna to let my kids and I sweat anymore! He said the car would probably be done around noon. He called at 10:30 am to say car was ready for pick up! You are lucky to have such a great tech. He made my experience great! More

The Roseville Honda Dealership (Service Dept.) was friendly, courteous, and professional; even though I had to wait a little while to be greeted by a service advisor (didn't have an appointment), I re friendly, courteous, and professional; even though I had to wait a little while to be greeted by a service advisor (didn't have an appointment), I received great customer service by Darius Palachat and his satisfactory knowledge of his role to customers in the Service Department. I am thankful and appreciative to have been able to have my minor car problem fixed and especially, allowing me to return to work using my car that evening (9.20.21). More
James H is my service advisor. Without warning, I showed up and wanted a diagnosis and price for the shimmy in the front end. Oh, by the way James, my A/C just went out! I was thrilled!! He told me he must up and wanted a diagnosis and price for the shimmy in the front end. Oh, by the way James, my A/C just went out! I was thrilled!! He told me he must replace the 2 front rotors because they are too far down and can’t be smoothed over! Secondly, he would put a couple guys on it right away and get everything done - immediately! My friend and I waited & before long, it was finished! And he gave me a good price. I hope he knows there’s more to come because he was so fair and so caring, I will probably get all 4 shocks and an entire set of tires next!! Thank you for having employees like James! J. G. They must of been having a bad day as I was waiting 3 hours for a service and I had an appointment. Not only that, I got tired of waiting and went to look for my advisor but he left for the day. There we hours for a service and I had an appointment. Not only that, I got tired of waiting and went to look for my advisor but he left for the day. There were only three advisors present and all busy. Once I was spoken too, they took another 30 minutes to find my paperwork and close my service account. This may sound weird but I usually feel cared for, important. This time no customer service and I was just a number. I can go anywhere for that and pay a xxxx of a lot less. More
