Took my new CRV in for first oil change. They check tire pressures also. The day after the service my Low Tire Pressure warning came up. I checked pressures and the left side tires are now 5 lbs lower than pressures also. The day after the service my Low Tire Pressure warning came up. I checked pressures and the left side tires are now 5 lbs lower than right side. Thanks a lot guys. I guess I better check the oil also. Next oil change I’ll be going elsewhere. I will say the guy in the office was friendly and professional, and they did wash the car. More

Sammy is always extremely helpful. He goes above and beyond to explain the service process and requirements and keep me posted about the vehicle's progress throughout the service. He explains the service needs and results clearly in language a layman can understand. Even short-staffed on a Saturday the service was completed in a timely manner. Sammy is one of the reasons I drive 80 miles from home to have my vehicle serviced there instead of closer to home.
