Polite, friendly, helpful. Poor communication between service advisors. I had 2 service advisors. I was also served by a manager at the sales counter who helped me pick up my car on Sunday. I brought the car in because of a recall, and later, authorized new front tires for my car based on service department recommendation. When I picked up the car new tires had not been put on. No one told me that the needed tires were out of stock. Even the front counter sales man simply gave me the car with no comment on the fact that the requested tires had not been put on my car. Also, I was told that the recall I came in for would take about 2 hours. After I waited almost 2 hours I was told that the job could not be completed until closing time. More
Was quick to hear our concerns about a lack of start to our car. He performed all tests and notified us that it was only a dead battery. We were notified promptly and was greeted at pick up.
