Very accommodating, courteous & professional service. I was running several min late due to traffic & called & was told to come in anyway. Horrible! I will never go again! The Manager, Connor was awful and just made excuses. The dealership "fixed" a recall and did an oil change. Left wire piece I will never go again! The Manager, Connor was awful and just made excuses. The dealership "fixed" a recall and did an oil change. Left wire pieces, razor blades, and a tool which dented my leather left oil on my seats. The work of the dealership is get someone in and out and not care how it happens. There is no longer trust going to a dealership. At the end of it, the dealership is "making it up to us" but I would never go there if I don't have to. Way too many problems. More
After service the oil cap was loose, it spilled a lot of oil on my garage/driveway 😡 Oil was all over the engine compartment and a part had to be ordered which means another trip to the dealership. I asked David to pair my phone to my car and on the way home I got a message “no phone is connected “. The Service Manager said they would top off my gas tank as an apology. This was not done either. This was very frustrating. More
