I tried to get my car serviced last week and the Service Advisor Samantha was so rude and mean, I could not believe it, I was blown away and no one did anything to help, everyone just stood there as she is arguing with me about nothing. Right from the first time she came to my car she looked horribly miserable and angry and she immediately barks out that my tires all need to be replaced, I go ok. The whole vibe was very odd and her attitude was very strange, but I let it go. To make a long story short she goes you need this done and that done and this is bad etc... It came out to $1,200, I go I just need an oil change right now. She goes fine and says sign this and we will get this done in 2 hours. I go ok and left her desk area. No thank you or kindness, nothing, like get away from me and I will call you when your car is ready. I get it they were busy, but treat your customers better, work with them, show some compassion anything that you care. I call my wife and tell her whats going on and she is blown away as well. She goes did you get the print out of all the stuff that needs to be done and recommended on your SUV. I said no I did not, I forgot to get that. Every time I get my car serviced they give me something to sign with all of the breakdown and pricing for the work, she gave me nothing, but had me sign something, but I never got a copy of that. I go back to her desk and she looks even more annoyed and angry. I ask her can I get a break down and pricing of everything that is needed for my car. Here we go: With a big sigh and eye roll she goes I am very busy and don't have time now to give that to you. There are many customers in front of you and I don't have the time. I will be with you in a moment sir ok. We are going back and forth and all I want is the pricing breakdown print out. It got very odd and uncomfortable so I say I want my car back I am going to leave and go somewhere else. She goes fine and runs away from her desk to find where it is at. She finds one of the service guys who moves cars I guess and he shrugs his shoulders and gives me a blank stare, no one knows and very uncomfortable experience, very rude and mean people overtall at this dealership. I see other service advisors seeing and hearing what is all going down and some are laughing and doing nothing, no one does the right thing and help the situation. They find my car and it's parked someone no where near the service area. I finally go to her and this is the kicker, that you are very rude and she goes back to me you are rude! I did nothing wrong, nothing and I got treated like this. I hope the owners know who they are employing and how they treat customers. I have never ever been treated like this before by any dealership ever. This Samantha person needs to be fired immediately! My wife and I need new cars soon and we will never be going back here or recommend this dealership to any of our family members or friends or even for our business. Shame on you Autonation, I hope it was worth it! Train your people better, do better! Beware do not go to them, they are overpriced and just don't care! More
Car was ready to be picked up on a Sunday morning courtesy of Brandon. One staff member (Milini) was there an our earlier than opening and was able to give me my keys. Brandon also set up my service appt. mohave wheel locks installed. I had that done this morning (Ryan go me in and out within 30+ minutes and had my car washed for me. (Got some rain sprinkled and dust spots all over my car the previous night). Now, it's all shiny and new again. I plan on returning for installation of mud flaps and Ryan said they have them in stock and gave me his personal number to contact him for the appt. Wesley, in Finance and Brandon tried to sell me upgraded options but that is what their boss(es) expect from those in the Sales positions. I have been buying vehicles for over 60 years and it has always been that way. As for pricing, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased when I was given a OTD price, (in writing), that was much lower than the competition. I would like to see AutoNation Honda go to a flash drive system wit their paperwork. All those signing of paperwork over and over is annoying. They could institute your signature on an iPad type device and then every time a signature was needed you just tap the screen and your signature or initials appear. And when all is done the paperwork is on a flash drive that you take home with you. I had that done by a small dealership in Clovis, Ca. Very efficient and appreciated. And not only that, but I was able to sit at the salesperson's desk while this was all happening,; not the salesperson/sales manager getting some paperwork signed, go off to their manager get some more papers, come back and repeat the steps over and over. More

I had an excellent experience using the Service Center for an A12 maintenance code on my 2019 Honda Odyssey. Had to visit the service twice for an issue with the steering. First, they replaced the defective part. took 6 hours. After a week I need to return for the almost the same issue only to found out that a steering. First, they replaced the defective part. took 6 hours. After a week I need to return for the almost the same issue only to found out that a bolt is missing and another bolt is loose. Took another 6 hours. Don't know what or whom to blame with the issue but for a brand-new car this is not acceptable to return and spend 2 working days. Don't get me wrong, I love our Hondas just not this situation. Will still purchase another car in the future. Staff are friendly and nice to deal with. More
