I was able to schedule my oil change the very next day and I like that they offer shuttle service to and from the dealership so I was able to go to w I was able to schedule my oil change the very next day and I like that they offer shuttle service to and from the dealership so I was able to go to work then pick up my car at lunch. I also like that they have specials on their website and I was able to avail that too for the servicing of my car. 10/10 would definitely recommend! More

Honda Renton has been good to me over the 2 years I have been taking my 2003 Honda Pilot to be serviced--she still runs like a charm. Jordan Dinh and Bill Ackerman have been great service reps with each of been taking my 2003 Honda Pilot to be serviced--she still runs like a charm. Jordan Dinh and Bill Ackerman have been great service reps with each of my visits. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because of miscommunication between the mechanics and service reps. I received a texted photo of my battery and a suggestion from the mechanic that it be replaced. With other non-Honda mechanics I've used in the past, this is not uncommon to receive notification through text or email and sometimes you can accept or decline work through the app the mechanic uses. Honda Renton does not use such an app and all communication goes through the service rep. When the service rep called with the itemized list of suggested work, the battery replacement was not on the list. Bill Ackerman was fantastic and immediately circled back to the mechanic and then called me back. He apologized for the omission of information from the mechanic and even gave me a discount on my service. Thanks so much Bill. More
