I had yet another good experience at Autonation Honda in Renton. Matthew Lopez was my service advisor again and I appreciate the way he treats customers. Renton Honda has worked on my CRV for 14 years. I bought it from them and they treat me with respect and listen to my needs and concerns. Yesterday they checked out my car and replaced a battery I bought it from them and they treat me with respect and listen to my needs and concerns. The five star rating is for my most recent service only (i.e., some of my previous service visits had issues). They underpromised and overdelivered. I was expecting it to take at least a few days to comp (i.e., some of my previous service visits had issues). They underpromised and overdelivered. I was expecting it to take at least a few days to complete repairs on my decades old Honda Civic. It usually takes them quite a while to get the parts. Imagine my surprise when I got a call the afternoon after I dropped it off and the vehicle was ready for pick up. A replacement alternator and axle and the major issues had been resolved. I don't know how much longer this old car will hold out, but I'm glad to have it working again for the time being. More

Horrible communication I was never told they didn’t have the key fobs and I had been waiting for 2 and a half hours waiting and I never was told until I went and ask.
