After driving my 2013 Honda Civic for a bunch of years and having to only change tires and oil primarily for those years, I felt the need to have it inspected and see how it was holding up. I just moved to the Renton area and found Auto Nation Honda. I found it was easy dealing with the Service Department to have them do an inspection of my older car. Well organized operation and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of this old Veteran. They seemed honest and found a couple things that I actually thought needed care from driving it so much. Nothing major and it just goes to show ya, these Hondas , if you do the care required, I. e,. oil changes and tire rotations and the likes, the car will last a life time. Great service Great care! High praise for Daniel and Justin at this Dealership’s Service Department! A traumatic and nerve wracking blowout of a tire on i405 South happened after I hit an unavoidable pothole while driving the ‘2 Service Department! A traumatic and nerve wracking blowout of a tire on i405 South happened after I hit an unavoidable pothole while driving the ‘21 Honda Insight. This left me with having to have the car towed to the nearest dealership which happened to be Renton Honda. It was a Saturday and the service department was very busy. Daniel was the person the tow truck driver & I talked with. Even though they were super busy, Daniel was so accommodating & explained that while they might be able to look at and repair it that day, it was likely it would need to be kept over the weekend. Later that afternoon, Daniel sent a text with his number where I could text with questions. On Monday when I called, Daniel was out that day, Justin answered and was so very helpful, cheerful and checked into everything and let me know what was happening with the car. The tire was ordered, etc. and would be in the next day. They did a thorough job of inspection on the vehicle, and again Justin helped me when I went to pick up the car. Solid 10 🌟on the service and pleasant experience for an otherwise unpleasant set of circumstances! -Lee More
