Renton Honda - Service Center

Although I was late for my appointment, Jason Tran welcomed me to the Service area. In the past I was told that since I have a Mazda, the Service department could not do the diagnosis on the computer welcomed me to the Service area. In the past I was told that since I have a Mazda, the Service department could not do the diagnosis on the computer because they don't do Mazda work. Hmm I bought the car at AutoNation and purchased the Warranty plan with a $149 a month charge, so I was not happy. Jason's supervisor, Jason (That's right another Jason) said they will do the computer diagnosis and see what they find. They called an uber to get me home. NICE!!. When we picked up the car, Both Jasons were just departing for the day but took a moment to explain that my car is in good condition. They think the source of the "Check Engine " light has been located and asked me to return if the light goes on again for a replacement part under warranty. More

The service center was full and it took longer to change oil but the place is huge and there is different gourmet coffee and chocolate available, TV The service center was full and it took longer to change oil but the place is huge and there is different gourmet coffee and chocolate available, TV was on for entertainment but the big difference is Justin, He made my day.
