After replacing my alternator, the dealership failed to ask me about the secuity codes to enable the navigation and radio or to reset them. Both navigation screen and radio do not operate. I had to schedule the reset for another day, causing me to miss additional work. These days, any dealership should know to ask the customer about the entry codes and be prepared to reset them if unavailable. In my case, I recently bought this car from Honda used and do not have the codes. More

I took a chance and stopped in early on a Monday morning, I was lucky, Bill Ackerman was my customer service manager. He was very helpful, and made sure I received the care that my Honda deserved. My experience with this Honda has been so wonderful. Maxwell should get a raise for going above and beyond! I originally went in for an oil change that I was long over due for, Max uncovered that fact t Maxwell should get a raise for going above and beyond! I originally went in for an oil change that I was long over due for, Max uncovered that fact that my AC wasn't working and hadn't been for the last two years. Even though they didn't have the part to fix my AC I didn't mind having to wait for parts to be ordered for my car because the team here is great and kept me entertained. Plus when Max said it was still under warranty I was the happiest camper. The last two times I have gone to this location I have left with a big smile on my face, and will continue to bring my business here. More

Will never go back renton Honda again. Brought extended warranty is about to expired end of the month. I brought my vehicle in for repair of my passenger slide door at first they told me Brought extended warranty is about to expired end of the month. I brought my vehicle in for repair of my passenger slide door at first they told me if is Honda issue then it will fix it with 100 dollar deposit which is fine with a car wash after 3 hours later they call me telling me the technician didn’t find any issue with it even thou I show them a recorded video when the car wasn’t closed correctly. They said is intermittent and also it doesn’t cover under extended warranty. Extended warranty only cover engine or power transmission only. If that is the case why not tell me up front when I setup appointment. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN. especially it took me almost a month for them to call back to check if my extended warranty is still valid after I have to complaints to general manager about not responding to my calls. More
