I scheduled online and they had the option of a loaner car which I chose. I called the night before to confirm there will be a loaner available for me and the person I spoke with confirmed it. I go on the day of my appointment and find out that they do not have loaners available. This was disappointing as I needed to get back to work. They need to update their website and also provide better training to agents who answers their calls. More
Aaron has been my 'go to' person whenever I take my car in for servicing. His is friendly, well informed and keeps me updated on the status of my car. Recently experienced a failure of the "Body Control Mo in for servicing. His is friendly, well informed and keeps me updated on the status of my car. Recently experienced a failure of the "Body Control Module" -- a part that Honda has a backlog demand for--while it was painful being without a car, Aaron made sure I was up to date and set reasonable expectations as to when the car would be ready. He and AutoNation Honda Renton exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for service. (I haven't bought a car from them but would likely do so when I'm next in the market for a new Honda.) This was my first service visit, and I can say it was an enjoyable experience. My service representative was Aaron Ross. He was very helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. I gained insightful information about my vehicle that has already been very helpful in navigating my vehicle controls and learning about all my special options. 🙂 Aaron also helped me to fully understand and apply my vehicle protection plan. He made researched my plan and added the information I needed in my plan book for me and to ensure I would not have an issue when I return for my next service visit. The service was very good and the facility was comfortable to wait in. I was kept up to date about my service and was out pretty quickly.
