I scheduled online and they had the option of a loaner car which I chose. I called the night before to confirm there will be a loaner available for me and the person I spoke with confirmed it. They need to update their website and also provide better training to agents who answers their calls. More

Aaron has been my 'go to' person whenever I take my car in for servicing. His is friendly, well informed and keeps me updated on the status of my car. Recently experienced a failure of the "Body Control Mo in for servicing. His is friendly, well informed and keeps me updated on the status of my car. Recently experienced a failure of the "Body Control Module" -- a part that Honda has a backlog demand for--while it was painful being without a car, Aaron made sure I was up to date and set reasonable expectations as to when the car would be ready. He and AutoNation Honda Renton exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them for service. (I haven't bought a car from them but would likely do so when I'm next in the market for a new Honda.) He made researched my plan and added the information I needed in my plan book for me and to ensure I would not have an issue when I return for my next service visit.
