My oil change took longer (2 plus hours)due to filter not readily available. I bought my car here and was told both verbaly and in writting that before i get it back itll be washed, and complimentary sanitar readily available. The service manager that waited on me was very helpful and courteous... I am very picky about using Honda OEM parts when my 2019 CRV is serviced.
