Your technicians stole from me. I had four granola bars in my car when I dropped it off, and when I got it back, there were only two granola bars in my car. Also, I don't appreciate being upsold to services I don't need and can't afford. I was offered a service that would've cost me $700. I don't need that service nor do I have that kind of money to spend on something I don't need or want. I only want what I asked for, not to try to be upsold for something so stupidly and ridiculously expensive that no normal person, including me, can afford. That to me is trashy and arrogant and I do not appreciate that. How the heck does a full fluid change cost $700? What are you using? Fluids from the God's?? Was happy with Jeffrey who serviced us. He was very helpful, accommodating and had satisfactory options for us. Annie was efficient and financing went pretty quickly.
