From my first encounter with Mark I was most impressed with his listening skills.His attention to my needs were excellent and his appreciation of my time were as well,knowing my responsibilities as a Mom with his listening skills.His attention to my needs were excellent and his appreciation of my time were as well,knowing my responsibilities as a Mom dominated the day and the service would not be any longer than scheduled.The thouroughness of his evaluation of other areas allowed for future service to be scheduled with proactively ,which again was a reflection of his respect for my time. Mark in the service department has always given me excellent service and paid close attention to detail. I could easily go to 4 or 5 other Honda dealerships between my home in Naperville and O'Hare Ho excellent service and paid close attention to detail. I could easily go to 4 or 5 other Honda dealerships between my home in Naperville and O'Hare Honda in Des Plains, but I take my cars to them because of Mark and the service he provides. More

I bought my car from this dealership and currently live out of state i blew a fuse in my car and the radio security went out. With my busy schedule i had no time to stop at a dealership mark walked me thro out of state i blew a fuse in my car and the radio security went out. With my busy schedule i had no time to stop at a dealership mark walked me through 3 different steps and was even able to retrieve my radio code to make sure it was done right and got the radio back working and got me back on the road definately recomend mark and this dealership. More

Mark is terrific! He is always so professional, helpful, prompt with call backs, and right there to greet me when car is ready for pickup! I've been going to O'hare Honda for years and usually look for Mark when I go. He is always helpful and is sincere with his recommendations for service. I usually ask him how long I can go without gettin look for Mark when I go. He is always helpful and is sincere with his recommendations for service. When I had some problems with my Civic, he even got me a loaner car so I could go to work the next day. I appreciate his help and recommend the work he does at O'hare Honda. More
