I've been to this AutoNation Honda service department a total of three times. The first two times, I had to wait for service (although I had appointments both times). The second time I went, customers who total of three times. The first two times, I had to wait for service (although I had appointments both times). The second time I went, customers who drove into the service lane after me were helped before I was. Although I had 2 bad experiences, I was willing to give this location another chance. I had a better experience in my most recent visit. Demarrco made sure all of my concerns and questions were well understood and answered before any service was done on my car. This was my first time meeting him but he went above and beyond compared to my previous experiences with other representatives. Also, the service was much faster. More
