We have purchased three Honda vans over the past 10 years from Auto Nation Honda O’Hare. We recently had a very disappointing experience with the service department and their lack of communication. When you call the service number the call gets routed to the call center, this is fine to schedule service but should not be used while your vehicle is at the dealership. We always had to leave several messages before getting any kind of call back. The vehicle was at dealership for two weeks, after we were originally told it would be one week. The delay we were told were due to a Honda Care inspector. It took a week for this inspection to be completed. Every time we called we were told that it would later that day, the same was happening each day until he/she finally came. This was very frustrating for us. I understand that an approval that was required from Honda Care, but was never communicated that a inspector would have come to inspect the problem. If would have known this we could have planned around this. As it was we needed to reschedule a trip, including airline tickets. Upon picking up our van Michelle Freeman provided us her business card with a phone extension on it. You would think this might have been provided on the day we dropped off the vehicle, or communicated during our conversations with her, especially when we explained on frustration with the system. We do enjoy our van very much but in the future we would need reconsider purchasing from another dealership after this experience. More

AutoNation Honda and especially Michelle did a great job of quickly and effectively servicing my car. I needed a few rather pricey items taken care of and she did an excellent job of walking through the nee of quickly and effectively servicing my car. I needed a few rather pricey items taken care of and she did an excellent job of walking through the needs and costs in a way that made me more comfortable having it taken care of that day. More
