I was one of the unfortunate 2014 Pilot owners with peeling paint. Josh Grant, service manager, handled my complaint. His service was excellent. Always had a positive experience with this company. Very clean facility and helpful friendly people attending the customers. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the waiting area for you while you wait. I never had a negative experience always leaving with a good feeling after my car was serviced. You even get a courtesy car wash at the end of the service if you got the extra time. Great experience with this company, highly recommended!!! More
