It is easy to make an appointment and the waiting area is clean. Prices are what you’d expect from a dealership. Quality of workmanship is five stars, but my car was there from 7/3 to 7/9 for warranty-covered repair. Advisor expected to have car ready on either 7/5 or 7/6. Five calls went unanswered except by call there from 7/3 to 7/9 for warranty-covered repair. Advisor expected to have car ready on either 7/5 or 7/6. Five calls went unanswered except by call center with no follow up by dealership. Same with vm …no response. When I finally spoke to service advisor in a.m. on 7/8, was told car would be ready by 4 pm. Again was not ready. Tech suggested that a lot of rust in power steering rack on a less than two year old vehicle only driven on paved roads, rather than extensive off-roading as suggested …Requested a loaner and was told none were available throughout the process. Very disappointed, particularly in that aspect. If the dealership doesn’t have a reasonable number of short term loaners available, why wouldn’t they create a partnership with a car rental company to offer this service? When the car was finally ready early on Tuesday, July 9, I was grateful to find they had detailed the vehicle and I’m confident in the workmanship. More
