Jose Casillas lied multiple times about how long service would take. Ended up taking 13 hours instead of 3. If you plan on coming here for a service, go ahead and take the whole day off. They had no loaners so I was trapped at the dealership and the manager claimed COVID as the reason for getting rid of loaners but very few employees wore masks properly and no corrections were made to the employees or customers demonstrating care for covid only when it benefited their bottom line. They also treated doing a warranty coverage like it was a personal favor they were doing for you. More
