Very good service. Reservation had been made six months ago but I had forgotten about it. You sent me three timely e-mail reminders that I appreciated. They provide very friendly service and have managed to continue to do so all through COVID. (Yikes!) That phone staff is very polite, but not generally able to assist w/ local dealer-related issues. At AutoNation, Antonio, my salesperson, Yousef, in the service department, and Dillon, at the service desk, were all very helpful. And again, they are making the best of a situation (a modern day plague!) that has impacted us all. Gotta love that. More
They try to get in to the dealership with a price.
