Took my car for it’s regular maintenance and when I got there was greeted by Yousef. He was very friendly and went through the service in detail. My wait time was approximately as he stated 1 1/2 hr. I recently went into Autonation Honda for a service to remove the splash guard that protects the undercarriage of my car since it was practically dragging on the ground. The service advisor advised me tha remove the splash guard that protects the undercarriage of my car since it was practically dragging on the ground. The service advisor advised me that the part will need to be replaced for a fee or be removed. I opted to have the part removed and figure out the replacement later on. After waiting 2.5 hours, I was told they removed "what they could" off the splash guard. The next day, that same sound was heard again so I'm questioning whether this dealership is reliable in their service since they clearly did not remove the splash guard. Very disapointed. More

First disappointment: I waited over 15 minutes before a service representative would even look at me to checked me in while all three reps. finished their paperwork for previous customers who had already a service representative would even look at me to checked me in while all three reps. finished their paperwork for previous customers who had already checked in. (I had an 11am appointment to have my leased vehicle serviced for an oil change after the first year of the lease). When I was finally called, the check in process took approximately 3 minutes. Second disappointment: When I asked what the tune up included, she told me it was just an oil change. I then told her my car was acting sluggish and could it be the fact that I needed the oil changed. She had no response. Nor did she say she would have a mechanic talk with me or have a mechanic look into it. Third disappointment: I received an promotional email regarding discounts for service. It was 10% off for $50 or more, 15% off for $100 or more. Etc. This promotion was not mentioned after I was quoted the $68 cost for the oil change. So I showed her the email from NationWide Honda. She then said she would include it but when I checked out, she had not included it so I needed to remind her of it before she included it into the balance owed. When I left the dealership, the problem of sluggishness with my car is ongoing. Eileen Corso More
