My Malfunction Indicator light went on yesterday and so I took my car in to get it checked out right away. They now charge a flat $189.91 to find out what's wrong, so that's what I was charged for them to fi took my car in to get it checked out right away. They now charge a flat $189.91 to find out what's wrong, so that's what I was charged for them to find out that 2 spark plugs were loose and needed to be reinstalled. But then the service guys had a list of several other (to my mind questionable) "recommendations", including having the entire clutch replaced for $2,800 (reason: the fluid was a down a bit, but when pressed, the rep told me it's not a problem). The recommendation list rundown was done at rapid speed with no time to think and little time to question. I had also brought the car in for service about 6 months ago and had the same experience. In both visits, I feel I got "had" and that the customer has to watch his/her back at that dealership. Additionally, when I went to retrieve my car, the inside of it looked like it had been ransacked. Oh, and just like for my visit 6 months ago, NO internet service. Such a joy not to be "talked down to" or get "eye rolls" because I'm an older woman asking what are probably annoying simple questions. Yousef helped me with my car's maintenance and ordered a complimentary lyft so I could go home and also got picked up an hour and a half later. He made it so seamless and easy for me.
