We have purchased 3 cars from O'Hare and now wouldn't go back. over what you ask? Floor mats! We fought with the salesman for over an hour because we were very clear we didn't want the "accessory package" t back. over what you ask? Floor mats! We fought with the salesman for over an hour because we were very clear we didn't want the "accessory package" that cost more than $800 dollars. it was some stickers and floor mats. we said - fine - order the car without them. the salesman was very rude when we tried to stick to our guns. he accused us of "playing games" with him. we finally agreed to pay for the crap we didn't want when they cut the price in half. we signed the papers and THEN the sales guy came into the finance office to tell us that the floor mats - that we didn't want and had fought against - weren't even in available and in the car!!! but we had signed - so too late. I then tried to get them 2 times and couldn't get them. I didn't have the paper saying they owed them to me and no one wanted to help me and just look up their copy. I was sent in circles from parts to sales to manager and they never wanted to help me get my STUPID FLOORMATS that I didn't want! Well - I finally got my floor mats the other day (1 year later!!!) because we are trading in the car - and NOT to O'hare Honda. Yep - they lost a loyal customer over floor mats. More
I went to 7 different dealerships, even the one where I bought our 2007 Civic, and no one could beat the deal I received at O'Hare Honda. I got what I wanted for my trade-in and an extremely fair price on bought our 2007 Civic, and no one could beat the deal I received at O'Hare Honda. I got what I wanted for my trade-in and an extremely fair price on the 2010 CR-V I bought. And they beat everyone on the accessories pricing which is important when you're buying a Honda because all accessories are dealer installed. What's even more important is that you don't have to go through a whole song and dance with them to get this kind of treatment. Hands down the best car buying experience of my life and I've purchased 11 vehicles in my time. More

As I was shopping 8 Chicagoland Honda dealers via internet, it was immediately evident that O'Hare Honda was the most responsive and straightforward as it relates the final price of the Pilot. As I was getting the typical run-around from the majority of the other dealers, O'Hare Honda personnel were well-organized and ready to do the majority of the transacation without me sitting and waiting in their dealership. When I did finally go to the dealership, I was met with competent, resourceful, and straitforward employees. I was so pleased with my car purchase expereince, I decided I would try O'Hare's service department for my 2007 Honda. The service experience was AWESOME. They have a clean and comfortable area with computers/laptops and wi-fi. There service prices were 2/3rds of the cost I had been paying at Castle Honda. More

This dealer gave me a quote on a new Honda Pilot LX. I wanted more for my trade in then they were willing to give. After talking about it over te phone with my wife and went back and said I'd accpet their wanted more for my trade in then they were willing to give. He said he couldn't because there weren't any and he couldn't help me. Apparently once they run out of model they can't get anymore even though the other sales person said they could. More

When I came in for a test drive, Luis Cavazos - the sale rep was very patient with me. He was very professional, respectful and honest. He spent a lot of time showing me all the features of the new Pilot even on a rain soaking day. I want an LX model with 4WD in Alabaster Silver but there was nothing on their lot that day. Luis went out of his way to call around and get me the SUV with the color I wanted in less than 7 days. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of adds-on that I don't need. I would highly recommend working with Luis Cavazos. He was courteous and very prompts keeping me posted and getting me taken care of. John - the manager helped greatly in the final sale and even gave very good discounts for my add on accessories. I was happy with the buying process and the purchase. The service department is just as good as the sales when I have some accessories added on to my Pilot. They finished the works within the time frame as they told me and the Service manager followed up to see if I am satisfied. Great salesperson and great business manager makes my car buying experience stress fee. I would definitely recommend O'Hare Honda to family and friends. More

I sent my request in on a Sunday and by 6:30 AM on Monday morning I had a price waiting for me in my Inbox. You can't beat that. With the economy they way it is, and with everything you hear about poor car sales - you would think dealers want to earn your business. At O'Hare Honda this IS the case. They did what they said they would, responded and delivered. A great buying experience and if you live within 75 miles of them - give them a try. You won't be disappointed. I will be back there for my next Honda as well! More
