We walked in the door at five minutes to 9:00 p.m. Rich still waited on us even though I'm sure he was ready to go home. We knew what we wanted because we had been looking for a week, which is a pain. We still waited on us even though I'm sure he was ready to go home. We had driven every kind of car we could think of that might be a good fit for our family and our budget from a Ford Fusion, Toyotas, Mazda 3, Pontiac G6, and even PT Cruisers. We had been to every type of dealer. We had narrowed our search to a Honda Civic but were not finding a used one at the price we wanted. Rich showed us a new 2010 Civic that had hail damage and offered it at a good [could always be better] price. We didn't take long to decide since we had been looking for so long, but the process takes time. Many people had to stay late to get the car and all the paper work ready. Mary worked with Rich to get everthing ready and Marc took care of all the finances. They worked as a team to make sure we were taken care of and completed the transaction. We were not out of there until Midnight, but everyone was pleasant and assured us they did not mind staying late to finish this up. We very much appreciated their friendly service. We are pleased with the car and the price. This is the first Honda we have owned, but I am sure it will not be the last. We traded in a Mercedes C230 which was a dream to drive, but the Honda comes close! We are looking forward to driving it for many years to come. Thanks to Everyone at O'Hare Honda! More

We drove up from Indiana to purchase our new Pilot. This was one of the most pleasant experiences we had in purchasing a new vehicle. Everyone we came into contact with was extremely courteous. From the salesmen, general sales manager, service department employees and the finance department; they were nothing but helpful and not in a hurry to get you out the door. They wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. O'Hare Honda exceeded out expectations in a dealership. We will definitely make the drive up again to purchase a vehicle either new or used. More
I was referred by a friend to this dealer because his friend was a salesperson. As soon as I got into to the parking lot, I was assisted and met with this person. His first question was what I was looking for so he can better assist me. I was not sure at the time if I wanted used or new so he showed me both (for an Accord). After that, everything ran smoothly. The test drive was great and when we finally sat down to talk more formally, I felt ready to make a purchase. I was not expecting to purchase a car that day but everyone was so nice and helpful that everything was going easier than expected. Before I knew it, I was talking with a Business Manager about the financing after we agreed to a price. From the beginning with walking around and looking at the cars available, to the end with signing all the paperwork, the staff at O'Hare Honda were always friendly, always helpful, very informative, and I did feel that they were trying to get me the best deal. I did not feel pressured at any point. I had just graduated college and this was the first new car purchase that I (and my family) had made, so I was expecting a stressful situation, but everything was the exact opposite. I am really impressed with the service and quality of everything at this dealership and I look forward to making future purchases from them, once I pay this first car off anyway. More
The salesperson we had was thoroughly unprofessional. Here are some examples: he constantly "had to go check with his sales manager" on any concession we requested. Made us wait 10 minutes each time. When I told him to fetch the SM, so he didn't have to leave us again, he stopped the charade. They pushed the "value holds on these cars" issue, but when it came to our trade-in, the same make & model of what we were buying, but 6 years older, they said they couldn't do anything with it, and quoted us under blue book value. The salesman made a couple of off-color remarks to me about female drivers, and even a homophobic remark. We walked out. Snide, ignorant staff. Don't even get me started on their service department, we have had so many problems with them! This is a remarkably bad outfit to work with. More
I had priced the Honda CRV-EX-L 4WD at several different Honda dealerships, and O'Hare Honda was the only dealership that came through on their word, as well as on the quoted price. I found this to be a dealership of high integrity, and they made my "car purchase", not so much of a "nerve wrecking experience". Friendly, professional,courteous, and in the business to sell an exceptional product. I had one Honda dealership that I could have gone to that was closer to my home...and probably drove past three other Honda dealerships on my way to O'Hare Honda. This dealership is well worth the extra drive. More

I'm 60 years old and this was my very first "new" car. I was very apprehensive about so many things, the price, the service, the warranty, you name it I was nerveous about it. But Ken and everyone that I met at O'Hare Honda made me feel at ease, answered all my questions, gave me a great deal and just generally made me comfortable in the knowledge that I was making the right decision. The convenience of having such a wonderful dealership so close to where I work is great. I dropped off my car this morning, they gave me a ride to work and now I can add to the list of professionals, a great service department.
